The beach area of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground will be closed starting Monday, May 23, 2022, for a refurbishment.
The work will take place during daytime hours only, so guests may hear construction noises between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The refurbishment is expected to be completed, and the beach will reopen to guests by early July.
The beach area of Fort Wilderness was relocated in late 2019 to make way for Reflections – A Disney Lakeside Resort. Reflections seems to be canceled, or at least delayed, however.
