It’s (un)official, folks! MagicBand+ has made its debut at Walt Disney World. We found the brand new bands this morning at World of Disney in Disney Springs. Please note that it seems these have been released early, and neither Guest Relations nor Disney IT knew how to link them to My Disney Experience. They advised us to hold on to the bands until the system is ready.
MagicBand+ – $29.99
We found three colors available today — blue, red, and black.
Instructions are on the back, including how to recharge your band.

So what’s so special about these, aside from the price tag? i thought Disney was trying to do away with Magic Bands altogether….
We are arriving this coming Saturday, and I was hoping these would release for our trip. Do you know if we’re able to switch from the bands we ordered with our reservation to one of the new ones? Granted that we’re be able to link it sometime within the next few days..and, also assuming they aren’t sold out by then.
