The vanilla soft-serve is gray to match the legendary ship. It would have been nice to have a unique flavor, but you can’t go wrong with vanilla.

The ice cream sits upon a bed of chocolate cream cookie crumbs that added a great flavor and texture to the sundae.

The white chocolate and fondant Millenium Falcon is navigating through a brownie asteroid field. The brownies and Falcon accent piece were covered with “stardust sprinkles,” otherwise known as edible glitter.

The Falcon is an edible image on fondant, attached to a disc of white chocolate.

The brownie asteroids were moist with a rich chocolate flavor. They were a great addition to the sundae. The white chocolate “star” pearls added a nice crisp to the texture palette.

Overall, the sundae was good, but nothing special.
