A new round of Canada pavilion apparel and merchandise has arrived at Northwest Mercantile in the EPCOT pavilion.
Most of the new apparel reads “The Great Outdoors” and features Mickey fishing next to a mountain.
Canada Tee – $24.99
This off-white tee has a green circle on the front.
Within the circle is the silhouette of Mickey fishing.
Canada Henley – $39.99
This henley shirt is a heather blue.
The image of Mickey fishing in “The Great Outdoors” is in white on the left breast.
Canada Black Vest – $64.99
This zip-up vest features the same image on the left breast.
Canada Black Fleece – $54.99
The fleece is a heather black. It zips halfway up the chest and has a high neck.
It has the same Mickey fishing image.
Canada Tie-Dye Tee – $36.99
This tee is tie-dye blue and white.
The circle on the left breast features Mickey fishing and reads “The Great Outdoors” and “Canada.”
A larger image on the back features Mickey and Pluto playing outside a log cabin.
It also reads “Canada” and “The Great Outdoors.”
Canada Tie-Dye Youth Tee – $24.99
This tee has the same image of Mickey and Pluto, but on the front instead of the back.
It is also blue tie-dye.
Canada Youth Hoodie – $39.99
This zip-up hoodie is solid blue.
Mickey, wearing hiking boots and a backpack, is on the left breast.
The back reads “Best day ever.” Mickey and Pluto are pictured, along with a red maple leaf.
Canada Tank – $24.99
This tank is blue, with a large circle on the front featuring a blue sky above a mountain.
Mickey is a white silhouette.
Canada White Fleece – $59.99
This white fleece zips up and has a v-neck.
The same image of Mickey fishing by the mountains is on the left breast.
Canada White Vest – $64.99
This vest features the same image.
Canada Magnet – $9.99
This magnet features the image of Mickey and Pluto in front of the log cabin. “Canada The Great Outdoors” is raised from the rest of the magnet.
Canada Tervis Tumbler – $39.99
The image of Mickey fishing is wrapped around this tumbler. “Canada” is in white lettering.
The tumbler is stainless steel and 30 ounces.
It has a clear lid.
Canada Backpack – $39.99
This canvas backpack is brown, with buckles and a drawstring.
It also reads “The Great Outdoors” and features Mickey fishing.
Canada Fleece Blanket – $39.99
Finally, this blanket features the same image of Mickey and the Mountains in shades of blue.

All the colours that I see for this merchandise are blue, black, and grey. There’s nothing red. Even the maple leaves on the items aren’t red. They should be, and there should be at least some red items. As a Canadian, I don’t feel that thses items represent Canada well. Our national colours are red and white, like our flag.
