REVIEW: Devil’s Chocolate Mousse Cake Inspired by Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride Drives Into Magic Kingdom

The Devil’s Chocolate Mousse Cake is a new treat inspired by Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, now available at The Friar’s Nook in Magic Kingdom.

Devil’s Chocolate Mousse Cake – $7.99

Crumbled Devil’s Food Cake, Chocolate Mousse Pudding, Milk Chocolate Whipped Cream, and Chocolate Pearls

The white chocolate medallion on top of this mousse cake features one of the red devils from the final scene of Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride — which closed at Magic Kingdom in 1998 but remains at Disneyland. Unfortunately, the crumbled devil’s food cake was dry.

The chocolate pudding and milk chocolate whipped cream were good, but not good enough to balance the dry cake. This cute dessert isn’t worth its price tag and we wish we could just get some chocolate pudding.

The Wild Toad Brat Burger and Wild Ride slush are also still available at The Friar’s Nook.

  1. Disney has completely lost their minds! Go back to entertaining kids and family’s! Been an out of state pass holder for many years and have visited Disneyland COUNTLESS TIMES! For the first time in our family’s lives we are debating canceling EVERYTHING DISNEY! Concerned you e lost all morals completely. Such a disappointment! Truly think Walt would be ASHAMED AND DISGUSTED
