Courtesy of the wonderful people at HKDL Fantasy on Twitter, we were able to see new construction updates on Elsa’s Ice Castle among The North Mountain in Hong Kong Disneyland. We can see Elsa’s Ice Palace taking shape in Hong Kong Disneyland’s Arendelle: World Of Frozen ahead of its expected opening in the second half of 2023. Through their pictures, we are able to see that Elsa’s Ice Palace is shaping up well, combining well with Anna and Elsa’s Castle that we saw nearing completion earlier this week.
The side of The North Mountain shows Elsa’s ice spires taking place, creating a gorgeous backdrop for the land.
The other side, while not being nearly as far along, is showing progress and seems to be nearing completion on the outside structures.
The ice palace will be appearing to the left of Main Street U.S.A. in the distance to add another castle, and wonderful showpiece to the skyline of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
From a distance, you can see the castles together among the lush mountains near Hong Kong Disneyland, creating a stunning view.
As Elsa’s Ice Palace is nearing completion, we got to see some of the final touches being placed upon Anna and Elsa’s Castle in Arendelle. We saw the final spire being placed upon their castle, creating a gorgeous castle fit for royalty.
From a distance you can better see how this castle flows together with the kingdom of Arendelle and the lush mountainous backdrop. We are thankful for the images from HKDL Fantasy on Twitter, and are excited to see what will come of this new land. Are you planning to visit this land when it opens?
