After returning to the Haunted Mansion in Disneyland in 2015, the Hatbox Ghost will materialize in the Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom next year.
The Hatbox Ghost was in the original Disneyland Haunted Mansion for only a few weeks before vanishing for nearly 50 years. He appears at the end of the attic scene, after the Bride, but it’s unknown where he will be in the Magic Kingdom version.

Omg i litterally cried my son adores hattie not only bc he wants to be wdi and he knows how advanced it is in tech but also he loves the character as much as he does his bride Emily esp as a mansion ghost himself! I never thought he get to see him bc as a single mom a dl trip is hard to come by and does not make much sense when you litterally live at wdw. I litterally had to do a double take and thought someone was like pulling fans legs. TG for Josh and his team and the WDI folks whom know fans are always behind wdw and its not just for tourist!
