In the midst of the news that Disney will be raising ticket prices for annual passholders, they announced special deals on resort hotels and theme park tickets for members of the U.S. Military.
Walt Disney World Resort – Disney Military Salute Tickets
Disney announced that from January 1, 2023, through December 15, 2023, members of the U.S. Military will receive a special discount on 4-day and 5-day Disney Military Salute Tickets (formerly known as the Disney Military Promotional Ticket).
4-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket – purchase now through December 12th, 2023
- With the Park Hopper Option: $349 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $379 plus tax
5-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket – purchase now through December 11th, 2023
- With the Park Hopper Option: $369 plus tax
- With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $399 plus tax
There are a few blackout dates. This is the first time military tickets have included blackout dates.
- April 2, 2023 through April 15, 2023
- November 19, 2023 through November 25, 2023
As with any visit to Walt Disney World, park reservations are also required along with a valid theme park ticket for the same park on the same date for each person in your party. Reservations are limited and subject to availability.
In addition, Disney is also offering a special price of $98 for the Memory Maker product. This offer is available through December 15, 2023.
Walt Disney World – Military Hotel Discounts
Disney will be offering members of the military discounted rates at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels for stays most nights from January 1, 2023, through December 15, 2023, when you book by December 15, 2023. The length of stay is from 1 night (minimum) to 14 nights (maximum).
At this time, they do not list the hotels available they state it does exclude The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
Other exclusions include the following room types: 3-bedroom villas and suites in Moderate and Deluxe Resort hotels, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

Disneyland Resort – Military Hotel Discounts
Starting now, eligible members of the US military can start booking discounts on select rooms at all three Disneyland Resort hotels. This is for stays on select nights from January 9, 2023, through December 15, 2023, subject to availability.
The offer excludes select Concierge rooms and suites, except Paradise, Artisan, Junior, and Family suites, and is not valid on previously booked rooms. Limit two (2) rooms per reservation and occupancy restrictions apply per room.

With the military ticket do they have to go days in a row or can they use at different times through the year?
Previously, you have been able to use a 5 day ticket throughout the year. before the end date. thats what I did this year
