Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park will be closed tomorrow, December 16, and Saturday, December 17, due to low temperatures.
Walt Disney World water parks frequently close for single days in the winter when temperatures drop into the 60s and 50s. Blizzard Beach is scheduled to reopen as usual on December 18, but could close again.
In January and February of this year, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park closed several times due to cold weather. Typhoon Lagoon is currently closed while Blizzard Beach is operating.

I am shocked its open today w the chilly rainy weather my friend said shes getting besides she thought it was very hurricane esque. While mind you i am in pa w snow but i saw its going to be winter down there for sure for a while. Good luck w anyone at BB if its open. Remember the water is heated but getting out wont be.
