Good morning from Magic Kingdom! It looks like it’s going to be a great day here with light crowds. As always we will do some shopping and be on the lookout for all things new. We also will be checking on construction in the park and will give updates on what we find. Let’s get started!
The front landscaping in front of Walt Disney World Railroad – Main Street Station has been updated and a floral Mickey Mouse has been added.
In Uptown Jewelers a new Disney Parks exclusive Valentine’s Pandora charm has arrived. The charm features Donald and Daisy in a teacup.
We were pleasantly surprised to see light crowds in the park this morning.
As we walked around the park we noticed the “Season’s Greetings,” “Merry Stitchmas,” and “Mele Kalikimaka” step-in holiday photo ops have been removed.
Let’s take a ride on the PeopleMover!
As we passed Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. we noticed quite a bit of construction happening.
A sign on the outside of Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. makes it appear that the flooring has just been installed inside.
Here’s some more photos showing just how light the crowds were here at Magic Kingdom this morning.
Over by TRON Lightcycle Run, construction workers were seen power washing the outside of the building.
In addition to the light crowds, the wait times were also very low today.
Maybe this is a sign that the holiday crowds are gone.
Splash Mountain will be closing January 23, 2023. Only a short time left to ride this for the final time!
We decided to watch Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire to see some of our favorite characters!
In Bigtop Souvenirs a Mickey Mouse pullback toy riding King Arthur’s Carousel horse is now available.
On MaDe kiosk in Bigtop Souvenirs we spotted this Figment themed Apple Watch band now available.
Peter Pan was roaming around Cinderella Castle looking for his shadow.
Before we headed out for the day, we watched The Dapper Dans on Main Street, U.S.A.
Thanks for following along with our day!
