Ouch, they sell the glass of wine for the price of a bottle, in France a bottle of 750ml (25.3oz) Domaine Paul Buisse Chinon cost 6,9€!
Also the crêpe is very weird, you’ll never see a savory one served like that, but generally savory crêpes are made from Buckwheat flour and are called “galettes” with the more popular being by far the “jambon-fromage” (ham & cheese).
