Owl Post Stand Installed in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal’s Islands of Adventure

The Owl Post stand next to Dervish and Banges has gotten a bit of an upgrade at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade in Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Owl Post is within the covered owlery of Hogsmeade.

In addition to the new stand, the entire space has been rearranged into a circle around the Dervish & Banges window.

A new vintage-inspired light hangs over the register.

Here, guests can purchase small merchandise items, like notebooks and keychains.

There are curtains that can be drawn down over the merchandise stand when it’s closed.

There are also owl plush sitting in suitcases on a luggage rack.

A giant empty birdcage is on the back of the luggage rack, next to another stand with more merchandise.

When we first walked up, we thought the Owl Post mailbox had been completely removed, but thankfully, it’s just on the other side now, facing the lockers.

Did you know you can mail postcards from Hogsmeade and get a special postmark? There’s also one in Diagon Alley.
