New Ariel-inspired merchandise has arrived at Walt Disney World this week. We found a “The Little Mermaid” accent light, throw pillow, keychain, and backpack in Once Upon a Time at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and scrunchies at World of Disney in Disney Springs.
“The Little Mermaid” Accent Light – $79.99
This accent light resembles a large white pearl in an open clamshell.
The inside of the shell is also white, while the exterior and base are pink and blue.
The base is decorated with wavy lines and circles resembling pearls or bubbles.
The entire light has a shiny finish.
“The Little Mermaid” Throw Pillow – $39.99
The throw pillow is shaped like a closed clamshell.
It’s light blue with white stitching.
The all-over pattern features Ariel, purple seashells, colorful flowers, and fish.
“The Little Mermaid” Keychain – $14.99
The keychain has a golden ring and lobster claw clip.
The charms are a large holographic Ariel, wrist strap, and seashell.
“The Little Mermaid” Backpack – $29.99
The backpack is pink and teal green.
The front pocket features Ariel looking at a “dinglehopper,” among underwater plants. The flap over the main pocket is patterned with golden plants, flowers, and seashells.
The flap stays closed with velcro.
There’s then a zipper for the main pocket.
Inside is a padded pocket for a laptop or tablet, as well as small mesh pockets. There’s a label to write a name, phone number, or address.
There are small mesh pockets on the sides of the backpack and the bottom is golden.
The padded straps are teal green.
“The Little Mermaid” Scrunchies Set – $16.99
This set includes three scrunchies.
Two are made of teal blue shimmer fabric. One of these is patterned with purple flowers and shells.
The other is patterned with Ariel’s silhouette in gold.
The third scrunchie is covered in teal green sequins, resembling Ariel’s mermaid tail.
