While a lot of the festival food we eat is good, it’s not necessarily great. But, once in a great while a fantastic dish is presented to us, like the Grilled Top Sirloin from Garlic Kissed. This dish first appeared at the Food & Wine Festival last year, and we’re ecstatic to see it has returned for the 2023 festival!
