Some new food items have debuted at a new food stand on Illumination Avenue in Universal Studios Florida including an everything pretzel and a vegan brownie.

New Food Stand

A new food stand has opened up at Universal Studios Florida on Illumination Avenue. As you can see, it’s right next to the newly unveiled Minion Land sign.

Team Members are seen above working hard to get everything ready for the opening.

Here is a look at their menu which serves up Vegan Hand Pies, an Everything Pretzel, Lemon Hummus, Pineapple Bowls, Snowballs, and more. The Breakfast Empanada, which is filled with ham, egg, and cheese is available during breakfast only.

Breakfast is served daily until 10:30am.

Here is a closer look at some of the new food items debuting at this new food stand. Pictured above, we see some Vegan Dark Chocolate Brownies with chunks of chocolate on top.

Another new food item making its debut, is the everything pretzel. For those who don’t know, an “everything” item features a standard combination of toppings that include sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, garlic, and salt. The pretzel is served with a spicy curry vegan aioli sauce.

Other quick snack such as Nutri-Grain bars and Nature Valley bars are also available for purchase.

Items that were not new include the Vegan Hand Pie, which we reviewed at Hogsmeade in Islands of Adventure last year. We also saw the return of the Snowballs, which are essentially shaved ice.
