Dooney & Bourke is releasing a new “D100 Platinum Celebration” collection next week in honor of 100 years of The Walt Disney Company. The collection will be available at Uptown Jewelers in Magic Kingdom, where we saw a preview of the bags on display.
D100 Platinum Celebration Collection
The collection will include bags in the tote, crossbody, satchel, and sac styles.
They are all platinum, with light shades of gray, silver, white, and blue in a diamond pattern across them.
Within the diamonds are various classic Disney characters, like Stitch, Tinker Bell, Peter Pan, Bambi, Baloo, Alice, Winnie the Pooh, and Jiminy Cricket. They are pictured in full detail and as silhouettes.
The tote will be a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder exclusive, with a tag branded with a shiny silver version of the Annual Passholder Mickey logo.
The tote, sac, and crossbody all have a strap over the top with a Mickey-shaped metal clasp.
The non-Passholder exclusive bags include tags branded with the art deco Disney100 logo. Their straps and handles are solid gray.
The satchel has a Mickey clasp on the strap over the outside pocket. It includes handles and a shoulder strap.
Dooney & Bourke’s “D100 Platinum Celebration” collection will be available at Uptown Jewelers on Monday, August 7, 2023.

Disney100 at Walt Disney World
As part of the Disney100 celebration, a new platinum Mickey Mouse sculpture will be installed in front of the giant 100 in World Celebration, so guests can capture both icons and Spaceship Earth in their photos. The Mickey statue is the same as the one at Disneyland — including the correct quote.
A new mural will feature 100 Disney characters in the neighborhoods of EPCOT. It will be located in World Celebration along the walkway to World Showcase. The rest of World Celebration will also be decked out with Disney100 platinum banners and other décor.
Starting on September 22, Mickey and Minnie will meet Walt Disney World guests in their platinum Disney100 attire at the Imagination! Pavilion — notably not the new Mickey & Friends meet and greet space planned for CommuniCore Hall.
At night, Spaceship Earth will light up with a special Disney100 spectacle of light featuring a special rendition of “When You Wish Upon a Star.”
A new nighttime spectacular is also set to debut at EPCOT later this year, but evidently not by the time the rest of these offerings debut in September. CommuniCore Hall & Plaza and Dreamers Point, featuring the Walt the Dreamer statue, also won’t be ready by September.
