To celebrate Winnie the Pooh’s birthday today, August 21, voice actor Jim Cummings, better known as the voice of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger (among many other characters,) shared a special birthday message on social media.

In the video, two plushes of Pooh and Tigger are sitting on what appears to be a kitchen counter. In front of them are multiple cupcakes with a single candle in each.
The Tigger plush wiggles around as Cummings speaks in his voice, asking viewers to “guess whose birthday it is,” before breaking out in song with “Happy Birthday.”
After the song, Cummings then speaks as Pooh, thanking everyone for the birthday wishes and saying they’re all “as sweet as hunny.”
Pooh then requests some assistance with blowing out the birthday candles, and they all go out in a gust of air.
At one point, his paw almost touches an open flame, but the candle was quickly blown out before tragedy struck.
