The Pumpkin Lord has taken over Swizzle Lounge at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort for another Halloween season.
Pumpkin Lord Theming at Swizzle Lounge
These jack-o’-lantern decorations are returning from last year and feature references to a few Halloween Horror Nights characters.
Beneath the Swizzle Lounge sign are glowing jack-o’-lanterns on thick green vines, stacked atop barrels.
The vines grow over a sign for “Mr. Carver’s Best Selection of Pumpkins est. 1950.” The year is appropriate since Cabana Bay Beach Resort and Swizzle Lounge have retro 1950s theming.
Mr. Carver is familiar, too. The character owns a pumpkin patch in Carey, Ohio and was originally introduced in Slaughter Sinema for Halloween Horror Nights 28.
Vines also hang down from the balcony above.
A book is in a cage next to a column.
The book describes how to summon the Pumpkin Lord, who was featured in The Wicked Growth: Realm of the Pumpkin at Halloween Horror Nights 30 and the Horrors of Halloween scare zone at Halloween Horror Nights 31.
Another pile of large jack-o’-lanterns and small pumpkins are in vines around the column.
The wall behind the bar has been decked out with pumpkin paneling, while glowing jack-o’-lanterns sit on the shelf above the bar.
There’s even one familiar fan-favorite pumpkin.
Lil’ Boo! This little jack-o’-lantern also debuted with the Pumpkin Lord at The Wicked Growth: Realm of the Pumpkin and returned for Horrors of Halloween. Check out some of the Lil’ Boo merchandise available online and in the All Hallows Eve Boutique at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
Cabana Bay Beach Resort will also be home to a photo illusion experience called Chucky’s Twisted Playground.
For the first time, Halloween experiences will be available at all eight Universal Orlando Resort hotels, including the Universal Monsters Gallery of Legends lobby photo opportunities.
