The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie is back for another Halloween season at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. The cookie was last available for September 2023 but is now the limited edition cookie for August 2023.
This month’s featured character on the collectible menu is Benjamin Falcon, “a true hero if his mind would only allow it. An otherwise skittish and fearful bird lover, Benjamin finds phenomenal strength and courage beneath the cover of his self-made falconry hood. Like the falcon, his hood keeps his calm in dire situations, helping him ward off the evil spirits and demons that haunt his brain.”
The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie is “an overload of flavor combining our peanut butter cookie with our fresh ground decaf coffee bean covered in peanut butter cups and Reese’s Pisces!” There is a limit of two per person.

If you love all things peanut butter, then this is for you! The peanut butter is prominent and takes over your taste buds. There are very small hints of chocolate in each bite.
For better or worse, the ground coffee bean is overtaken by the flavors of the peanut butter cookie, peanut butter cups, and Reese’s Pieces. We didn’t get any of the coffee flavor.
This cookie is delicious but grab some water or a cold brew to help you wash it down.
The Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie is still available through August 13 as part of Disney Springs’ Flavors of Florida, an annual summer celebration featuring mostly citrus cuisine. Supply of the cookie is very limited and it is no longer available for pre-order.
Gideon’s Bakehouse has also expanded their Nitro Cold Brew options to include 16 oz and 24 oz drinks.
