Journey of Water, Inspired by “Moana” will have its grand opening at EPCOT on October 16, 2023, the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company. We now know that the new attraction will be available during Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours for Walt Disney World hotel guests starting that day.
Early Theme Park Entry is available to guests of all Walt Disney World Resort hotels and other select hotels 30 minutes before the park opens to regular guests. EPCOT usually opens at 9:00 a.m., so Early Entry begins at 8:30 a.m. Check the full list of participating hotels and attractions on the Walt Disney World website.
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours are available on select evenings to guests of Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select hotels (listed below). In October, EPCOT has Extended Evening Hours on October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
