Disneyland was a historically dry park with the exception of the private Club 33, which first opened in 1967. Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge was the first publicly accessible location in Disneyland to serve alcohol when it opened in 2019. Guests are not allowed to carry alcoholic drinks out of the bar. This was followed by Blue Bayou Restaurant, which added wine, beer, and cocktails to its menu when it reopened in 2021.

Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney District have several restaurants and bars that serve alcohol.

In Florida, Magic Kingdom was also a dry park for decades, until the 2012 opening of Be Our Guest, where Disney couldn’t resist serving wine. Since then, liquor rules have become much looser at Magic Kingdom, with drinks available at most table-service restaurants now. Disneyland has remained stricter about its semi-bans.
