The colorful Monster Cake has returned again to Plaza Inn at Disneyland for Halloween 2023.

This isn’t the best piece of cake ever served at Plaza Inn, but it’s not bad. The cake itself is a little dry and not very dense. The frosting is great, though, and overall adds a much-needed freshness to the slice.
It’s certainly festive and cute, making for a nice Instagram post. As an actual dessert, it’s underwhelming. You can definitely find better offerings, Halloween-themed or otherwise, at Disneyland.
