Ortensia is Oswald the Lucky Rabbit’s longtime companion. Disneyland Paris Annual Passholders can meet her in this fun set, decorated as though its a flower stand where she sells fresh flowers from her and Oswald’s farm.

She is dressed in a green skirt and matching hat. A small white daisy and black ribbon adorn the hat.

Ortensia has made a few other appearances internationally, and made her first appearance at an American Disney park in January of this year for the Lunar New Year Festival at Disney California Adventure.

The other meet-and-greet offering for AP Pop Up Surprise is none other than Tinker Bell. The tinker fairy will meet guests in a brand-new set, decorated like it came straight out of Pixie Hollow.

The AP Pop Up Surprise meet and greets will be open through September 24, and are available by reservation only. A passholder can bring up to three Disneyland Pass or Annual Pass members with them. Only one reservation is allow per member for the current AP Pop-Up Surprise period. There is no Disney PhotoPass photographer at this character greeting, so guests will have to take their own photos on their personal devices.

This offering is open to all Disneyland Passes (Gold, Silver, and Bronze), as well as Annual Passes (Infinity, Magic Plus, Magic Flex, and Discovery).

Other characters will take part in this offering throughout the year, though the total amount of AP Pop Up Surprises per year has not been shared.

New Disneyland Annual Pass Program

Disneyland Paris launched their new Annual Pass program, Disneyland Pass, on July 19, 2023. The program includes three pass tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Including the AP Pop Up Surprise, benefits for this program include access to four seasonal Annual Pass parties per year for the Passholder and one guest. and free parking for all three tiers. The first party is scheduled for September 29. The space utilized for the AP Pop Up Surprise will also be used for pop-up sales and events.

Benefits no longer available with this pass include free stroller and wheelchair rentals, privilege tickets, hotel discounts, and day ticket discounts. As of July 19, the Annual Passholder entrance, Infinity parking, and free locker storage are no longer available. As of August 1, reserved viewing areas are also no longer available.

All three tiers of the new pass system can still get three park reservations at a time, but there is no longer a distinction in availability for day tickets and Annual Passholders. Disneyland Pass holders now have full access to reservations.
