Now that the festive season has arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Walt Disney World, Mickey and his pals have begun to dress up in their holiday costumes at the park’s character meet and greets.
Character Holiday Costumes
Daisy Duck
Daisy Duck meets guests in DinoLand U.S.A., just outside of Cretaceous Trail at Daisy’s Design Studio.
Her area includes a vision board for Daisy Designs, plus a few Christmas decorations. Her outfit takes some inspiration from dinosaurs, as well as a fabulous combination of reds and greens.
Donald Duck
Donald can be found under the Donald’s Dino-Bash Welcome Center awning in DinoLand U.S.A.
Like Daisy, Donald’s outfit also has some Jurassic inspiration, along with festive shades of red and green. His meet and greet spot has also been decorated with two Christmas trees and garlands.
Chip ‘n’ Dale
Chip ‘n’ Dale’s meet and greet is located on the Upper Cretaceous Trail in DinoLand U.S.A.
The mischievous chipmunks wear their usual dinosaur onesies, but have added a few holiday touches. Dale has holiday lights wrapped around his horns, and Chip is wearing a reindeer antler headband. Their greeting area also has various holiday décor.
Mickey and Minnie
Mickey and Minnie can be found in their usual spot at Adventurers Outpost on Discovery Island.
The exterior of the outpost has been decorated with a large garland that wraps around the extended roof overhead.
Mickey and Minnie wear a holiday twist on their usual adventurers’ garb. Mickey trades in his tan button-down shirt for a red one, and has added a plaid scarf and mistletoe to his hat. Minnie’s outfit remains mostly unchanged, though she now wears a red scarf and has added a red holiday bow to her hat.
