A system outage caused a halt in Disneyland Resort ticket sales and reservations on Tuesday, November 7, the Orange County Register reports.

The outage has since been resolved but guests were unable to purchase tickets or make reservations on both the Disneyland app and website. They were instead met with a Seven Dwarfs error page reading “We’re Working On It.” Guest service Cast Members at Disneyland Resort were also reportedly having problems with the system.

Disneyland Resort officials issued this statement: “During a planned infrastructure upgrade today, an outage impacted guests’ ability to purchase tickets, renew Magic Keys and make/modify/cancel theme park reservations. These temporary impacts have been resolved.”
