Summer House on the Lake will open soon at Disney Springs, although a date has not been announced, but they have shared more details about their Cookie Bar, Rosé Cart, and brunch offerings.

Cookie Bar

The Cookie Bar will have oversized cookies, bars, and specialty flavors like Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, and Vegan Snickerdoodle. There will also be specialty cocktails like the Tropical Dreams available to-go.

Rosé Cart

More than six rosé varieties, including the restaurant’s private-label wine Summer House Rosé, will be available. Summer House says the cart “promises a taste journey with tart cherries and watermelon notes.” Complementing the restaurant menu are spritzes, summery cocktails, fresh juices, and a curated California-centric wine list.

Weekend Brunch

The West Coast-inspired menu is exclusive to Disney Springs and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Summer House will offer a Cali-Mex brunch. That menu will include Mexican Hash Browns, Breakfast Pizza, Breakfast Tostadas, pancakes, waffles, salads, and sandwiches.

Lunch and dinner menus include seasonal salads and entrees like Herbed Chicken Paillard and Grouper Fish ‘n’ Chips. There will be a dedicated kids menu.

Summer House on the Lake will have three bars, a dining room filled with natural light, and greenery, designed in collaboration with Rockwell Group. Construction walls recently came down, revealing the completed exterior of Summer House on the Lake.
