Much of the 2022 “Joyful Holidays” merchandise has returned to Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan for the 2023 season, but there are also a couple of new items, as well as a returning mini Christmas tree. We found an updated snowman Mario headband and plush Luigi snowman.

These items are available in the 1UP Factory.

In addition to the new items, there are sweaters, wreaths, and more.

Snowman Mario & Tree Headband – ¥3200

Last year’s holiday headband featured two Mario snowmen, one above each ear. The new version has snowman Mario over the right ear, and a Christmas tree over the left ear. The tree is decorated with colorful baubles and a Super Star on the top. The snowman has a red Mario hat and a matching scarf.

The headband is covered in plush white fabric.

Super Nintendo World Mini Christmas Tree – ¥23000

The returning mini Christmas tree comes with decorations and ornaments, like a plush Super Star, Mario snowman, and mushroom. It also includes simpler baubles and snowflakes, as well as a Super Nintendo World logo decoration and garlands.

Plush Mario Wreath – ¥3800

Another returning item is this plush Mario wreath.

Mario sits inside the wreath, which is decorated with Super Mushrooms and 1-Up Mushrooms, pearls, ribbon, and a red bow with a Super Star at the center.

The ribbon continues around the back of the plush wreath. A gold rope is attached at the top so you can hang the wreath.
