Mario and his friends have decorated the Mushroom Kingdom for the holiday season. Garlands, trees, and more are up throughout Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan before the start of NO LIMIT! Christmas.
Super Nintendo World Holiday Decorations
At the land’s main entrance are a pair of snowmen with scarves, hats, and mustaches that make them resemble Mario and Luigi. They sit in front of a tree decorated with question mark blocks, Super Stars, and colorful baubles.
A wreath and garland hang below the Super Nintendo World sign, behind the warp pipe photo op. The red block behind the entrance pipe is adorned with golden ribbon, so it looks like a giant present.
Princess Peach has adorned her castle with garlands, wreaths, and a candy cane-striped decoration around the doorway.
More garland is wrapped around the gazebo where Peach meets guests. The garland is decorated with Super Stars and mushrooms, along with standard baubles.
The lampposts have big red bows, and the orb lamps are decorated with snowflake decals.
There are more Christmas trees and giant presents. Some of the warp tubles are also decorated with snowflakes.
For the holiday season, Yoshi’s Snack Island is serving a red shell calzone and Yoshi’s holiday hot apple tea. Read our reviews.
