Grilled Kebabs with Carrot-Chickpea Salad and Garlic Aïoli (Lamb Kefta, Chermoula Chicken) – $6.25

The lamb has quite a kick to it. It’s a tender and well-cooked, hearty kebab.

This is thigh meat chicken, nicely seasoned. The salad is raisin, chickpea, and shredded carrots, topped with garlic aioli. The chicken is nicely cooked. Seasoned perfectly, but not hot. The slaw is the perfect complement to its sweetness. Both options are great.

Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with Hummus, Chermoula, and Zhoug Dips – $5.00

The orange sauce is the zhoug. It’s tangy and spiced at the same time, slightly reminiscent of a tomato sauce. The chermoula is green and contains herbs and aioli. The cream-colored one is the hummus. It’s tangy, but still pretty good. If you want a really superb hummus, go to Sanaa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, but this one is still good all the same. We enjoyed this, but wish there was more bread to go with the dips.

Fig Cocktail with Sparkling Wine, Fig Vodka, and Cranberry Juice – $11.50

There’s probably not a lot of alcohol in this one, but it was really well-balanced. It’s not syrupy like other festival drinks, which was nice. It’s quite refreshing, and takes a pretty picture for the budding food photographers. We highly recommend this one.

*NEW* Bold Rock Orchard Frost Hard Cider, Nellysford, VA (4.7% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.

From Bold Rock: “Amber in hue with spice on the nose, this winter-inspired seasonal cider has hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, and caramel with an off-dry finish.”

Woodchuck Winter Chill Hard Cider, Middlebury, VT (5.0% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.

Untappd says this cider “is aged with a culmination of Premium French and Traditional American Oak and finishes with a touch of vanilla,” adding that it’s “naturally gluten-free.”

*NEW* Gulf Stream Brewing Company Holiday Snakebite, Ft. Lauderdale, FL (% ABV) – $5.75 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.
