This may be the most vile-looking dish we’ve ever seen in our lives. Why is it green? If it’s because of the dill flavor, we couldn’t really find any.

All that said, the smoked salmon was nice. It’s similar to the other salmon dish we had from Tuscany Holiday Kitchen. There isn’t an overly fishy flavor. It’s subtle, which makes it easy to eat.

We enjoyed the addition of the cucumber, which added some acidity and texture, but why is it green? If you can look past that, we recommend this.

Rôti de Jambon Sauce Moutarde à l’Ancienne, Patate Douce Rôties: Roasted Ham with Mushrooms, Pearl Onions, Bacon, Mustard Sauce and Roasted Sweet Potatoes – $7.75

The ham has a slight honey glaze to it, which we instantly loved. However, the ham is also incredibly salty, and the sauce added to it didn’t help cut that down.

The sweet potatoes did balance the dish a bit, so we recommend eating the ham and potato in the same bite. We loved the addition of the mushrooms and pearl onions.

We aren’t sure what it is with gingerbread that Disney can’t get right, but this is the second gingerbread dessert we had where we were hunting for the gingerbread spice flavor (the first was at American Holiday Table).

We couldn’t seem to find the spice, but we did like the ganache and chocolate on this dessert.

Beware, if you cut this open, it will completely fall apart.

Frozen Hot Chocolate Martini: Grey Goose La Vanille Vodka ($30/bottle), Vodka, Chocolate Milk and Whipped Cream – $13.95

This martini looks stunning and is perfect for a festive and elegant Instagram post. However, the martini is just fine at best. It just tastes like frozen chocolate milk served in a fancy glass.

We couldn’t taste any of the vodka in this drink. Even down in the bottom of the glass, it lacked any trace of alcohol.

*NEW* Le Joyeux Cocktail de Noël: Vodka, Grey Goose Vodka ($26/bottle), Cold Brew Coffee, Sea Salt Caramel Toffee and Peppermint – $11.75

This is a very alcoholic drink. Nearly the entire taste of this drink is vodka.

We enjoyed the whipped cream on top, but we needed more of the cold brew coffee taste to help cut the liquor.

*NEW* Blood Orange Mimosa: Pol Remy Sparkling Wine ($7/bottle), Orange Juice and Blood Orange – $9.95

Where mimosas are usually sweet, this seems to have been made with a dry wine.

It’s tart and made us thirsty as we were drinking it.  We also had to search for the blood orange flavor as it was very hidden.
