While Swirled Showcase made its EPCOT debut for the 2023 International Food & Wine Festival, the booth has decided to stick around and will now be joining the roster of holiday kitchens for the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Between the two festivals, the menu lineup hasn’t changed, but the food is just as delicious.

While all items are making their Festival of the Holidays debut here, the menu remains the same from this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, though the Toasted Coconut Porter comes from festival mainstay 3 Daughters Brewing.

*NEW* Mickey-Shaped Liquid Nitro Cake Pop – $4.75

The cake pops are frozen but can start melting quickly in the Florida sun. Still, ours was cold when we tried it. The cake is more like a brownie. It’s thick, heavy, and a bit chewy — but not in a bad way.

The chocolate it’s dipped in is great. The crunchy toppings, which reminded us a bit of Rice Krispies, add a crunch. We liked this and think it’s the perfect portable, cold treat for a hot day.

*NEW* Fanta Grape Float with Vanilla Soft Serve (Non-Alcoholic) – $6.25

This has a strong grape flavor. It tastes like a melted grape snow cone with a little bit of ice cream. We didn’t like this and would rather just have a grape slushie. Plus, it’s expensive for a very small cup. We will say that after the ice cream had fully melted, this was much better. It then tasted like a grape creamsicle.

*NEW* Frozen Apple Pie (Non-Alcoholic) – $6.25

This is one of our favorite non-alcoholic drinks at the festival. We did feel like there was a bit too much ice cream and not enough cider. The apple pie filling on top is great. It’s a tasty and refreshing slush.

We feel like, again, the cup is too small for the price and for how many ingredients there are. It uses the cinnamon apple cider you can also get on its own.

*NEW* Cinnamon Apple Cider (Non-Alcoholic) – $3.75

This tastes almost exactly like apple juice. If you like your cider sweet, this is okay, but this is too sweet for our personal tastes. This doesn’t really taste much cinnamon, but it’s possible that our taste buds were already overwhelmed.

*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Toasted Coconut Porter (6.0% ABV), St. Petersburg, FL – $11.35

*NEW* 3 Daughters Brewing Toasted Coconut Porter Float with Salted Caramel Soft-Serve – $13.00

This is a cool combination. By the time we drank it, the beer had settled on the bottom and the ice cream had floated to the top, but that made it more refreshing. As it melted and mixed together more, it became like an alcoholic milkshake, which was even better.

The pairing of salted caramel and toasted coconut is great. The salted caramel sweetens the beer a bit. We highly recommend this float.

*NEW* Berry Fizz Fragolino Red Sparkling Wine Float with Vanilla Soft-Serve – $13.00

This is good, and it also has an alcoholic milkshake quality to it. The ice cream sweetens it up, just like with the beer float. If you’re into sparkling wine, you’ll like this, but even if you don’t love sparkling wine, you might still enjoy it.

Swirled Showcase is located in World Showcase Plaza next to Refreshment Port.

The 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will be running from November 24 to December 30, 2023.
