According to OpenTable, Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs will open tomorrow, Thursday, December 14, 2023.

Reservations are available on OpenTable. The hours listed are:
- Mon–Thu 11:00 am -11:00 pm
- Fri 11:00 am–11:30 pm
- Sat 9:00 am–11:30 pm
- Sun 9:00 am–11:00 pm
- Brunch Sat, Sun 9:00 am–3:00 pm
Disney and the Summer House brand announced the new restaurant last summer. Summer House on the Lake took over the spot planned for Beatrix Restaurant, which had been canceled the year prior. Both restaurants are owned by Lettuce Entertain You.
Summer House on the Lake is located across from Salt & Straw and Bowes Signature Candles on the West Side of Disney Springs.
