Salt & Straw in Disney Springs is offering a limited edition menu of holiday-inspired flavors this month. The ice cream shop can be found on the West Side of Disney Springs, between the AMC and Bowes Signature Candles.
Salt & Straw Holiday Menu
These are the limited edition flavors available as part of The Holiday Series:
- Almond Brittle w/Salted Ganache: almond brittle, chocolate ganache, chocolate ice cream
- Toasted White Chocolate & Peppermint Almonds: white chocolate chip ice cream, SkinnyDipped Almonds dark chocolate peppermint almonds
- Gingerbread Cookie Dough: molasses cookie butter, gingerbread cookies, rum royal icing ice cream
- Dwanta’s Teremana Spiked Eggnog: custard ice cream, Teremana Reposado tequila, amontillado sherry
- Chocolate Sugar Cookie Dough (vegan): chocolate vegan ice cream, raspberry jam, sugar cookie dough
The menu is posted on the exterior wall of the restaurant and on a sign in the exterior queue.
There are also two holiday cakes (Naughty and Nice) available as part of a collaboration with Dwanta — Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s holiday alter ego.
- Naughty: coffee-spiked chocolate cake, dark-burned caramel chocolate fudge, whiskey caramel ice cream, peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough, crunchy chocolate peanut butter topping
- Nice: coconut cake, Oregon marionberry jam, bananas foster ice cream, peanut butter chocolate ganache, coconut streusel topping
One cake serves 20.
Classic flavors are available year-round.
