Once open, Parkside Market will include:

  • Seoul Sister – fast casual modern Korean eatery based on bibimbap (Korean rice bowls)
  • Sip & Sonder – serving lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks, and Caribbean-inspired dishes
  • GG’s Chicken Shop – chicken sandwiches, salads, and classic dinner table sides
  • A second-story bar offering views of the district and signature craft cocktails paired with appetizers

Earl of Sandwich

Earl of Sandwich will get a new, two-story location in the Downtown Disney District, with a quick-service shop on the ground level and a table-service option upstairs. More details will be shared about this project in the future.

A temporary Earl of Sandwich pop-up location will be opening in the meantime, near Star Wars Trading Post. As previously announced, the restaurant will be relocated from its current temporary location on the east end of the district near the Esplanade to make way for Porto’s Bakery.

Paseo and Centrico, and Tiendita
