Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous in Seuss Landing at Universal Islands of Adventure is gearing up to reopen its doors after being closed for refurbishment since June 2023. Not only will it open with a mobile order pick-up window, but we also got a look at what some of the new menu items will look like.
Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous Mobile Order Pick-Up Window
The mobile order pick-up window is located off to the right of the restaurant’s entrance.
You can’t miss it, thanks to the flashing red arrow pointing to the window. It’s also right next to an exit. Guests will be able to mobile order through the Universal Orlando app and pick up food from this new window, just like at Minion Cafe.
There are still registers inside the restaurant, so you might not have to opt for mobile ordering your meal if you’d prefer not to.

We spotted images of some of the new items on menu screens, which were turned on inside the restaurant today, despite being closed.
Taking a closer look at the screens, we can see new images of the Caramel Popcorn Cupcake, the aforementioned Green Eggs and Ham Chocolate Cheesecake, the Roast Beast Sandwich, Chicken & Biscuit, and The Big Top Burger.
In December 2023, a slightly different new menu was added to the Universal Orlando website. This update to that menu has seen some changes from its previous iteration, including the removal of the entire list of pizza offerings. Full prices for every item were also released.
No reopening date has yet been shared for the restaurant.
