Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous in Seuss Landing at Universal Islands of Adventure has been closed for refurbishment since June, with no reopening date announced. But a new lunch and menu for the restaurant has appeared on the Universal Orlando Resort website. Prices are not yet available for all items but here’s everything that will be available when Circus McGurkus reopens.

Some years ago I had a meal at Circus Mcgurkus and it was the single worst eating experience I had at Universal Orlando. Service was very slow and the food, some form of pasta, was cold, and I certainly would not be inspired to return, although with a totally new makeover, it might well have improved.
