The Florida Fresh booth has been erected for the 2024 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The booth is behind construction walls in the flex space that has been closed and under construction for several months.

We spotted the booth from across the lagoon. The Florida Fresh sign is visible over the construction walls.

From the Imagination! Pavilion patio, we got a better look at the booth. It’s on the side of the flex space that has been completely paved. Plants have been added to a nearby flowerbed.

“Fine Local Produce” is on the side of the Florida Fresh booth. The “outdoor kitchen” will have two new food items this year: Grilled Warm Water Lobster Tail with Key lime butter and Cubanito with mojo-marinated pork belly, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and stone ground mustard sauce. Returning is the plant-based Florida Strawberry Shortcake, which is also part of the Garden Graze food stroll.

Beverages at Florida Fresh will be Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy (Non-alcoholic) and Cucumber-Watermelon Slushy with Gin. We saw two slushy machines next to the booth.

New shrubbery and fencing block the area still under construction.

There is a digger at the construction site. Pipes run through trenches and wood beams outline future sidewalks or structures. This space won’t be ready for the Flower & Garden Festival, but maybe it will be used for future festivals.

On Friday morning, Disney announced the full list of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival outdoor kitchens and their full menus. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival begins on February 28 and runs through May 27.
