The Hey Disney! service from Amazon is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms.

The service was first announced at Destination D23 in 2021 and Disney began installing the Mickey-inspired devices in hotel rooms in late 2022.

The complimentary service uses Amazon’s Alexa technology on Echo devices. It’s a voice assistant that uses more than 25 Disney characters to answer guest questions. Guests can use Hey Disney! to have Mickey wake them up, order room service, learn the weather forecast, hear stories, play trivia, and more.

In addition to Mickey, some of the featured characters include Minnie Mouse, Tiana, Tow Mater, Groot, Fozzie Bear, BB-8, Genie, and Dory.

The Hey Disney! voice assistant is also available on home Echo devices.
