The new Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature Card comes with several perks, including access to an exclusive Visa Lounge. Universal Rewards Plus card holders will be able to access a lounge at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood. The lounge is not open in Orlando yet, but the one located in Hollywood is now available. Take a look at what’s offered inside of Universal Studios Hollywood’s new Visa Lounge.

Universal Studios Hollywood Visa Lounge

Visa Lounge building

Located on the Lower Lot, above Starbucks and to the left of Revenge of the Mummy – The Ride, the new Visa Lounge is a members-only area for guests in the park to take a break.

Visa Lounge front door

The entrance is easy to miss. Just look out for the small “Visa” sign — that’s the door to enter to get to the lounge.

Visa Lounge elevator and stairs

The Visa Lounge is on the second floor, so guests can take an elevator or the stairs to get there.

Visa Lounge Team Member at welcome desk

Guests are met with a Team Member upon entry. The lounge is only accessible to cardholders who have the Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature Cards. Per the Universal Studios Hollywood site, guests “must present valid Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature® Card and valid photo ID for lounge entry. Valid for up to four (4) people per card (including cardholder). Separate theme park admission required. Subject to availability, limited capacity. Lounge hours, availability, and offerings subject to change without notice.”

Visa Lounge seating

The lounge is themed in yellow and blue with mid-century modern furniture, including plenty of places to sit.

Visa Lounge artwork

The decor is minimal, but there are some pieces of framed art with references to Universal Studio Hollywood’s most iconic attractions.

The windows have nice views of the park. Though there is a door that leads to a balcony, it is not accessible to guests.

Visa Lounge seating with chargers

In addition to loads of seating, there are also a great deal of wireless chargers out on tables for guests to utilize while they relax in the lounge.

Guests are welcome to take complimentary water, granola bars, and chips. There’s also a television and a restroom.
