Disneyland Paris has unveiled its plans to transform the front of Disney Adventure World, formerly Walt Disney Studios Park, into a “World Premiere” land.
‘World Premiere’ Land Revealed
Starting this month, the transformation of Disney Adventure Worlds park will extend to its entrance area, to begin work on turning Studio 1 into the World Premiere land. Once guests pass through the turnstiles, they will be transported into a contemporary, open-air movie studio. They will find themselves the special guests of a film premiere in the heart of Hollywood on a starry night.
The interior decor of the “soundstage,” which currently depicts filming a scene on Hollywood Boulevard, will be replaced with decor that pays homage to historic movie theaters in Hollywood and the entertainment industry overall.
Here, guests will step into their favorite “adventure worlds,” with the movie theater as the “portal,” according to Tom Fitzgerald, Senior Creative Executive & Chief Storytelling Executive at Walt Disney Imagineering.
Early on in the conference, images were shared of Imagineers and crews creating new sets for the Studio 1 remodel, including the entrance to “World Premiere.”

DLP Report also confirmed that the restaurant inside Studio 1, Restaurant en Coulisse, will be remodeled and renamed “Hollywood Gardens Restaurant.” This matches permits filed last summer, describing the reimagined area as a movie premiere garden party.
Outside of World Premiere will be World Premiere Plaza, an Art Deco-inspired district, which currently celebrates Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios.
New concept art was shared of the transformed area during the day and at night.
The “World Premiere” entrance area will open in spring 2025.
