The “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” celebration is underway at Tokyo DisneySea, leading up to and past the grand opening of the new port on June 6, 2024. The event includes a special character greeting, a hotel projection show, merchandise, decorations, and more.
Disney Resort Line Ticket
Guests taking the Disney Resort Line to Tokyo Disneyland can get a souvenir Fantasy Springs ticket. It features the land’s golden logo with pink flowers and blue droplets.
Free Sticker
At Tokyo DisneySea, Cast Members are handing out free “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” stickers. The stickers are dark blue with images of Anna and Elsa, Rapunzel with her lanterns, and Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. They represent the three areas of Fantasy Springs — Frozen Kingdom, Rapunzel’s Forest, and Peter Pan’s Never Land.
Dreaming of Fantasy Springs Decorations
On the façade of Hotel MiraCosta, where guests enter Tokyo DisneySea, is a giant “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” banner. It’s blue with a gold border and tassels.
The characters are pictured in golden outlines among stars and flowers.
The same character images are on tapestries inside the passage under the hotel. They are adorned with golden ropes and tassels.
The Peter Pan and Tinker Bell tapestries are lined in green. The decorations are set against white backdrops.
Anna and Elsa’s tapestry features blue and pink lining. We already reported on similar banners adorning the park’s lampposts.
A window of the Emporio has been transformed with a bed of colorful flowers inside. The back wall features leafy trees. Screens display character images and a countdown to the port’s opening. The starry characters sparkle and disappear, and Tinker Bell flies across. See the animation in our X video below.
Large circular decals are on the ground around the AquaSphere at the park’s entrance. One features the “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” logo with off-white filigree and a border reading, “The magical springs lead to the world of Fantasy Springs, where fantasy enchants you.”
The other decals represent the three lands-within-a-land. This one resembles the clock face of Big Ben for Peter Pan’s Never Land. It reads, “The magical springs lead to the world of Peter Pan, where fantasy empowers you to fly.”
The yellow sun of Rapunzel’s kingdom, Corona, is set against a purple background. This medallion reads, “The magical springs lead to the world of Tangled, where fantasy brings romance to life.”
Lastly, a giant snowflake is pictured in shades of purple, blue, and white. This decal reads, “The magical springs lead to the world of Frozen, where fantasy ignites your emotions.”
Mediterranean Harbor Cast Members have “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” flags. They’re dark blue on a white stick and feature the same artwork as the other decorations.
The Cast Members can wave these during the harbor greeting featuring Fantasy Springs characters.
Fantasy Springs Harbor Greeting
The special greeting is about 15 minutes long. It’s performed at 2 p.m. and 4:05 p.m. each day (2:05 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. beginning on May 11). Mickey, Minnie, Anna, Elsa, Peter Pan, Wendy, Rapunzel, and Flynn are all part of the greeting.
They’re on a boat with a blue and white hull. Gold trim is around the boat’s windows and portholes. Gold filigree and large pink flowers are on the railings around the characters.
Mickey and Minnie have new Fantasy Springs-inspired outfits for the harbor greeting.
The show features the Fantasy Springs theme song. Anna and Elsa sing “Some Things Never Change” from “Frozen II.” Peter and Wendy dance to a medley of “Peter Pan” music, including “You Can Fly.” Rapunzel and Flynn sing “I See The Light.”
With each song, the characters rotate, so the two performing are at the top of the float.
At the end of the show, a couple of smaller boats with more Disney characters join the greeting. Watch the full show below.
Popcorn Box
A “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” popcorn box is available at all Tokyo DisneySea popcorn stands. It’s blue with gold accents and filigree. One side features the celebration logo and reads, “The sea where new adventures and imagination set sail.”
Peter and Tink are on one side.
Anna and Elsa are on another side.
And Rapunzel is on the last side. A countdown box is coming on May 7, and will change daily in the lead-up to the opening.

Hotel MiraCosta Projections
Beginning at approximately 6:30 p.m., a short projection show is performed periodically on the façade of Hotel MiraCosta, around the “Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” banner.
A golden spinning ring is projected below the banner, while images of Fantasy Springs characters sparkle on the walls. A countdown appears on the banner. See the one-minute show in our embedded X post below.
“Dreaming of Fantasy Springs” runs through June 30, 2024.
