On Wednesday night, we caught dancing lights testing on CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT.

CommuniCore Hall Lights

CommuniCore Hall is covered in Spaceship Earth-inspired triangular paneling. The panels are mostly white, but some are different colors. And some are light panels, which are what we saw blinking in patterns.

The Hall and Plaza are part of World Celebration Gardens, which opened in December. The garden lights, including on the pavement, sync up with the Spaceship Earth light shows. CommuniCore’s lights will presumably do the same.

CommuniCore Hall and Plaza will finally open on June 10, 2024. The Hall will house a permanent Mickey & Friends meet and greet space. It will also act as a flex space for EPCOT festivals. A limited-time “Encanto” show will debut in the Plaza on June 10. Turf was recently installed in the Plaza, creating grassy spaces for guests to relax.
