Rumors indicate the Summer Tribute Store at Universal Studios Florida will open in one week.
Summer Tribute Store Opening
The Tribute Store will reportedly open on Friday, May 24. The opening date has not been officially announced. There will likely be a Team Member preview and then an Annual Passholder preview on May 23 before the Tribute Store opens to all guests. Stay tuned for more details.
Trusses for the store’s facade went up earlier this week and now the new entrance has started to take shape. The theme will be based around the Tribute Store Plaza, which includes Mega Video Rentals. The summer Tribute Store matches the Universal Mega Movie Parade theme, featuring classic Universal movies like “Ghostbusters” and “Jaws.” The summer’s retro theming continues with a complimentary UOAP button for the 25th anniversary of Islands of Adventure.
