The cover of “Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” features Tiana dressed in the brand-new outfit she will be wearing throughout the attraction. Her arm is extended toward the salt mine where a log is descending the 50-foot plunge at the end of the attraction. Bright light emits from inside the top of the drop shooting beams of light over the Tiana’s Foods water tower.
Behind Tiana, Louis smiles at the reader as he holds onto his trusted trumpet. On a dock, Byhalia, Gritty, Beau, Appolo, and other critters play their instruments. Three frogs, including Mondo, smile up at Tiana from a lily pad. Fireflies are scattered around the cover illuminating the many colors and foliage of the bayou.
“Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” will be released less than two months after the next scheduled Little Golden Book, “A Is for Alien”. That Little Golden Book, which was inspired by 1979’s “Alien”, will be released on July 9, 2024. It is also available for preorder.
In December of 2023, the “Figment” Little Golden Book released at EPCOT before debuting on Amazon on January 2, 2024.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens on June 28 at Walt Disney World and later this year at Disneyland. Yesterday, new paint and lighting fixtures were added to the attraction at Magic Kingdom, and today, we spotted themed trashcans, a birdhouse, and more being added to the queue.
