Disney Cruise Line has shared new details about the central activity hub that will be aboard the Disney Destiny, now named “Saga.”

Just off the Grand Hall, located on decks four and five, guests will find Saga, the central hub for daytime family activities and adult-exclusive evening entertainment aboard the Disney Destiny. No concept art was released with the venue’s announcement.

The two-story space will host a variety of interactive shows and events, with the environment taking cues from the Wakandan architecture — the ship’s Grand Hall will also be inspired by “Black Panther.”

Other Marvel aspects of the ship include Spider-Man as the stern character, a “Doctor Strange”-themed lounge, and an Iron Man-inspired Tower Suite.

Disney Cruise Line also shared several other announcements for the ship, including a Pirates of the Caribbean lounge, a Haunted Mansion Parlor, a Cruella de Vil lounge, cafes themed to Merida and Megara, a “The Lion King” dinner show, a new AquaMouse story featuring Disney Villains, and an Edna Mode sweets shop. The full list of every hero and villain who will appear on the ship (so far) was also confirmed.

In addition, Disney Cruise Line has also released concept art for inside, oceanview, and verandah staterooms, Royal Suites, and concierge staterooms.

The Disney Destiny will begin its inaugural season in November 2025, sailing out of Port Everglades. Select guests can begin securing their bookings starting in September 2024.
