We first found it in the Emporium and Memento Mori at the Magic Kingdom.

The raven appears throughout the Haunted Mansion at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. It was originally intended to be the host of the ride, which is why it shows up so many times. While the Ghost Host became the leading narrator, the raven’s eerie presence remains.

Much like on the attraction, the raven’s eyes glow red when activated.

It attaches to your shoulder via magnets. There’s a magnet in the bottom of the plush and a thin, oval, fabric-covered magnet base. The base goes under your shirt and the raven atop so that it magnetizes through your clothing. This gives the appearance that the raven is perched atop your shoulder.

The cawing sound effect and light-up red eyes use 3 AG13 button cell batteries, which are included.

Shoulder plush have become commonplace souvenirs at the Disney Parks. Others offered include Chuuby from Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Alligator Loki from “Loki,” Zero from “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” Baby Groot, Porgs, and Orange Bird.

More Haunted Mansion merchandise was recently released for the Halloween season.
