It’s a home run for the Little League team from Lake Mary, Florida, who will be heading to Magic Kingdom this Thursday to celebrate their 2024 World Championship win earlier this week.
Little League World Series Champions Coming to Magic Kingdom
The team recently competed in the Little League World Series and defeated Chinese Taipei 2-1 to win the 2024 World Championship title. To celebrate, the team will be honored with a parade down Main Street, U.S.A. on Thursday afternoon.
The players from Lake Mary — located just north of Orlando — will be the Grand Marshals ahead of the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade. The celebration for the Lake Mary team is scheduled to step off at 1:30 p.m. ET.
