Batuu Harvest Festival Brings Delicious Chicken Salad, Green Cream Puff, & Harvest Board to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland

Shannen Ace

In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland this fall, guests can celebrate the Batuu Harvest Festival with three new dishes. The updated Endorian Roasted Chicken Salad is at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, the Jogan Seed Oi-Oi Puff is at Kat Saka’s Kettle, and the Surabat Valley Harvest Board is at Oga’s Cantina.

Batuu Harvest Festival

Endorian Roasted Chicken Salad – $14.79

Marinated Chicken, Mixed Greens, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Pumpkin Seeds, Green Curry Ranch

A hand holding a black dish filled with mixed salad, grilled vegetables, and pieces of chicken, outside near a control panel on a textured wall, reminiscent of the bustling scenes in Batuu during the Harvest Festival.

This is an improved version of the original Endorian chicken salad from 2021. The chicken is of good quality. It’s tender and seasoned well. It reminds us of Tandoori Chicken from Tokyo Disney Resort.

A black cast-iron dish filled with a mix of roasted vegetables and chunks of tofu, garnished with pumpkin seeds, sits on a metal tray like a harvest feast from Batuu's festival.

We love the curry flavor. It adds a bit of spice but the pumpkin’s sweetness balances the dish.

Jogan Seed Oi-Oi Puff – $7.29

Green Cream Puff, Green Crunch, Ube Creme

A hand holds a cardboard tray with a green, oval-shaped food item covered in a dark green coating, reminiscent of the vibrant flavors found at Batuu during the Harvest Festival.

The green color is off-putting but don’t let that keep you away from this delicious cream puff. It’s one of our favorite foods from Disneyland right now. It has just the right amount of sweetness.

A hand with a wristwatch holds a green and black moldy vegetable, reminiscent of an unearthed relic from Batuu, with a wooden door in the background.

The cream inside is good. The shell is crispy.

Surabat Valley Harvest Board – $18

Torched Sourdough Bread, Aji Verde-infused Pork Spread, Spicy Salsa Criolla

A person is holding a black plate with bread, a pale green spread, and pickled red onions with herbs against a backlit surface. The scene evokes the celebratory spirit of Batuu's Harvest Festival. A glass of water and other items are seen in the background.

This is another fantastic dish. It’s not cheap but we would go out of our way to get this. Cast Members told us there’s duck in the dip although it’s not listed on the menu. It’s also made with mayo, salsa, and pork. It tastes like a creamy chicken salad dressing.

A dark plate holds a piece of bread, a serving of green dip, and a small amount of pickled vegetables, reminiscent of the vibrant flavors at Batuu's Harvest Festival.

We highly recommend this. We wish all these items were available at Batuu in Walt Disney World.
