After closing as Critter Country in May, Bayou Country in Disneyland has (mostly) reopened. Guests can once again enjoy The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and gift shop Pooh Corner. We also have our first look at Louis’ Critter Club, a new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure gift shop.

Pooh Corner Reopens

A two-story building with yellow walls features a sign reading "Teddi Barra's Swingin' Arcade." The upper floor boasts decorative plants and windows, while the ground floor entrance, reminiscent of Pooh Corner charm, sees people gathered nearby.

The side of the store with treats has remained the same. The exterior features a sign for Teddi Barra’s Swingin’ Arcade, which has long since closed.

A store interior with Winnie the Pooh-themed decorations, reminiscent of a charming Pooh Corner. Large bees and honeycomb lights hang from the ceiling. A banner reads "Cheers for Pooh." Various merchandise fills the shelves below, creating a cozy retreat that feels like Bayou Country magic.

The interior of Pooh Corner looks much the same, with giant heffalumps disguised as bees, hive lights, and birthday decorations.

Louis’ Critter Club

A store display featuring assorted plush toys, including stacked Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse dolls, evokes the charm of Pooh Corner. In the background, a wooden sign reading "Coming Soon, Louis' Critter Club" hints at delightful new additions to this Bayou Country-inspired nook.

Where there used to be a hallway leading into the rest of the store is now a wall and door. A sign advertises Louis’ Critter Club coming soon.

A wooden sign that reads "Coming Soon: Louis Critter Club" with musical notes, attached to a dark wooden wall next to a closed green door adorned with a red "Cast Members Only" sign, evokes the charm of Bayou Country.

The sign features a stanza of music notes. The new store will take up the left side of the building. Disney described the space as the home away from home for the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure critters. Guests will be able to purchase apparel, accessories, home decor, and more featuring the new ride’s characters.

A glass window with a light-green frame shows an outdoor scene featuring trees, plants, and people walking by, reminiscent of a serene moment in Bayou Country. The window reflects some of the greenery from inside.

Outside, one of the windows has been decorated with a bayou-inspired display. Though it’s hard to photograph in the sun, there’s a tree stump, moss, and reeds set against a background inspired by “The Princess and the Frog” scenery.

Display with various dried plants, moss, and a large tree trunk inside a glass enclosure, reminiscent of Pooh Corner in the heart of Bayou Country.

This looks like a tiny house a creature has constructed in the bayou. Blue fabric on the floor of the display resembles water.

View through a glass window showing a display with green plants and a small, metallic trumpet partially hidden among the foliage, reminiscent of the enchanting greenery found in Pooh Corner. Natural light is visible in the background.

There’s a trumpet and jug for critters to play music.

Tiny glass bottles, like those at Mama Odie’s place, hang from ropes.

Critter Country was recently renamed Bayou Country to match the theming of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The Briar Patch will become Tiana’s Bayou Adventure store Ray’s Berets. Hungry Bear Restaurant is becoming Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree, inspired by Country Bear Musical Jamboree. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open this November at Disneyland.
