Terror Tram: Enter the Blumhouse

A sign at an event displays an advertisement for "Terror Tram: The Ultimate Horror Experience," featuring a group of people running in fright. The background suggests a dark, eerie setting.

The Terror Tram is the after-hours HHN version of the park’s World-Famous Studio Tour. This year’s iteration is focused on Blumhouse horror films.

Terrifying Blumhouse characters have taken over the Terror Tram. Face the murderous android M3GAN. The Grabber. And more.

A neon-lit outdoor scene at night featuring buildings with signage for "Megan" and "Blumhouse," and a person walking in the foreground.

For the first part of the tram ride, guests watch clips from various Blumhouse films. After a few minutes, the tram comes to a stop and guests get their first glimpse of M3GAN, dancing ominously outside several Blumhouse logo-inspired archways.

As guests disembark, several killers from Blumhouse films rush out, revving chainsaws. They stare down guests, daring them to come closer.

Two actors perform in a dimly lit stage set representing a futuristic company. A woman stands while a man sits in a chair. The backdrop shows posters of different characters.

Guests walk through different archways into scenes inspired by the Blumhouse films, similar to a regular HHN haunted house.

The first scene features tableaus of M3GAN with different victims.

Night scene with dim lighting, showing people walking by buildings with neon lights. One person is lying on the ground while another stands nearby holding an object, creating an ambiguous situation.

Set pieces outside the Bates Motel, dead bodies along the walkway, and projections in the windows represent “Happy Death Day” and “Freaky.”

Scareactors sometimes storm out of hotel rooms or other hiding places to brandish weapons at guests.

A person in a top hat and dark clothes stands against a red-lit wall holding green smoke or light. Black balloons are attached to the wall with strings on the left. Another person is partially visible on the right.

The next archway leads guests into a space inspired by “The Black Phone” featuring missing children posters, The Grabber, and other scareactors.

The Hollywood sign at night is lit up with red lights, and there are figures standing in front of it. A security guard is visible in the foreground.

Guests leave the Bates Motel set and approach the Hollywood sign, which is stained red with dripping blood. Various Blumhouse characters stand among the letters.

A Victorian-style house illuminated in blue light at night. Several people are standing on and near the front steps, with one person pointing towards the house.

Of course, this may be all about Blumhouse, but it wouldn’t be the Terror Tram without an appearance by Norman Bates.

Guests can get their photo with the killer on the steps of the “Psycho” house.

A crowd stands outside a dark, house-shaped structure outlined in neon light with a sign reading "The Purge" illuminated against the night sky.

Next to the house is the archway for “The Purge.”

A police car covered in string lights is parked in front of a scene with debris and a "The Purge" sign, illuminated by blue and red lights at night.

The expansive “War of the Worlds” set featuring a crashed airplane and destroyed houses has been turned into a Purge set with extra décor and scareactors.

“The Purge” is projected on the fuselage of the plane.

Person in a glowing mask and white robe, resembling the Statue of Liberty, stands on stilts in a nighttime outdoor setting with lights and decor.

Scareactors wear some of the iconic smiley face masks from “The Purge” franchise.

The walking portion of the tour ends near the Jupiter’s Claim set from “Nope.” Guests then reboard a tram and head back to civilization. At the end, there is a Five Nights at Freddy’s backdrop for photos.
